Trauma Informed Care (TIC) 602 - Justice, Equity, DiversityJustice, equity, diversity and inclusion (JEDI) are at the very heart of community health center work and critical to the full implementation of trauma informed care. Health centers committed to JEDI work should prioritize centering patient, staff, and community voice, particularly in strategies to directly address existing and historical power dynamics. Our vision for the day is to create and facilitate a safe environment conducive for learners to challenge current beliefs and grow as individuals.
