Ana Sierra joined the Texas Association of Community Health Centers (TACHC) in March 2017. As the Quality and Evaluation Program Manager, she is responsible for developing an evaluation program for several clinical projects and technical assistance programs at TACHC. Ana has a Bachelor of Science degree from Bethel College, a Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH) from Yale University and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), as well as a Patient Centered Medical Home Certified Content Expert (PCMH CCE). Prior to joining TACHC, Ana worked as the Sr. Program Manager in the Quality Management Department for a federally qualified health center in Houston. Her training and experience are in epidemiology, quality management, program development, process improvement, mixed-methods research and education. Ana’s passion is to support the provision of quality healthcare for underserved communities.
