Recruitment and Retention

TACHC’s Recruitment & Retention (R&R) Department serves as a valuable resource for members by assisting centers with recruiting high quality healthcare professionals and improving overall staff retention. TACHC’s R&R team partakes in active recruitment through marketing center career opportunities at job fairs, professional conferences and residency/training programs. TACHC’s R&R team also provides health centers with tools such as a salary and benefit report of health center staff.

TACHC’s R&R team also conducts special projects identified by members as a need to support their workforce practices.

Member organizations enlisting TACHC’s recruitment services receive candidates that match center opportunity profiles. Through the partnership with health center staff, candidate referrals are processed in an efficient and timely manner.
