Vaccine Program

GlaxoSmithKline Vaccine Preferred Buying Group (PBG) Agreement

The center must purchase from all three vaccine groups:  pediatric, adolescent and adult.  This program between TACHC and GSK started in August 2018 and will be in effect until the end of 2020.  Orders can be placed either direct with GSK (www.gskdirect.com) or via the health center’s Cardinal Health account. Members must comply by ordering GSK vaccine when available. Members have the opportunity for an up-front 2% discount for prompt pay. Prompt pay occurs when a member pays their GSK invoice within 60 days. Vaccines purchased under this agreement shall be for the health center’s “own use”; only current health center patients are eligible.  If the entire PBG does not meet market share for two semesters in a row then the agreement is terminated for all. TACHC via GSK will be collecting data from a third-party vendor to analyze member’s vaccine purchases for adherence to market share performance. Please allow GSK sales force to coordinate meetings with member staff to discuss GSK’s PBG agreement and vaccine details
