As part of meeting its mission to provide training to strengthen health centers, the Texas Association of Community Health Centers will provide a Mid-Level Manager Development Training program at The Drury Frisco hotel on June 12-13, 2019.

Whether you are an experienced manager or just becoming a new supervisor this program is designed for you to meet the demands of effectively working with others.  You will focus on learning to navigate the challenges of taking on new responsibilities, establishing the network of relationships you need to be successful, and developing your skills for performance and employee development.  Topic areas include performance management, individual development, interpersonal communication skills, setting priorities, resolving conflict and managing change. 

The design of the sessions is highly interactive, experiential in approach, and focused on practical applications relevant to the mid-level managers of health centers.  The content and design is based on dealing with the changing workforce, demands of continuous change while emphasizing the time-tested principles of managing people.
