Service Excellence Needs Trainers!
Service Excellence is about being the best. It’s about creating a culture where everyone is focused on the customer experience. And strong staff members to make this happen.
This 2-day Train-the-Trainers program is designed to make you comfortable and capable of training your fellow team members in a 1/2-day program back at your center on how to create a customer-centric culture. The Train-the-Trainers program will provide you with the knowledge and tools, as well as a few facilitation tricks to prepare you to not only lead this training program, but to be effective at leading any group meeting, task force, etc.
Your role, in the 1/2-day session, is to help your fellow team members apply the content that is presented (via video) by a customer service expert.
During the Train-the-trainers program, you will learn:
- How to facilitate a training program
- How to effectively set up and debrief a learning exercise
- How to create a customer-centric culture with specific tools
