If a test is not listed on the contract pricing for the top procedures (from laboratory usage history, almost every test should be included in the contract pricing), then the price of the test will be 70% less than the price listed in the LabCorp Professional Fee Schedule Manual. The Professional Fee Schedule Manual will be delivered to each participating center in January of each year by your respective LabCorp sales representatives.
