TACHC is a seeking a Provider Services Specialist for its
Recruitment and Retention (R&R) program to recruit candidates
for professional medical, dental, mid-level clinical and administrative
opportunities at member Community Health Centers (CHCs). This
position will be responsible for screening applicants, conducting
phone interviews, background checks & license verification
and will assist with managing the web-based R&R database
system and the TACHC website opportunity job bank. Significant
travel to various conferences and residency programs to market
community health center opportunities required. Qualified
applicants should have a minimum of 7 years previous physician
recruitment experience, knowledgeable in recruitment marketing,
strong verbal and written communication skills, computer knowledge,
especially Microsoft Office products, ability to multi-task,
work independently, and work within deadlines. Applicant must
be a team player, organized and function effectively in a
