- Each community health center will provide Cardinal with
a list of medical supply products to be distributed by Cardinal.
The list will be reviewed and updated quarterly by the center
and Cardinal. Cardinal will have sixty (60) days to adjust
its inventory levels to accommodate the health center’s
needs for the listed products, including projected usage,
but subject to availability from the manufacturer.
- Cardinal will supply a catalog of items, with a complete
product listing on the internet at www.cardinalMD.com.
- Core items products must be purchased once per month to
remain on the “core items” list.
- Price Change Notification: The prices initially stated
for “core items” remain firm for a period of
6 months unless the manufacturer of the “core item”
changes its terms to Cardinal, and then the price will only
be adjusted to cover the increase. Cardinal agrees to notify
the health center in writing within thirty (30) days before
the effective price change.
