Ordering

• A commitment level of 80% of all medical supply orders with Cardinal is required. A window period of 180 days is available to reach this level of commitment.
• The following ordering methods are available:
• Orders may be placed via the internet at www.cardinalMD.com
  (Cardinal Health’s advanced internet ordering platform). For efficiency purposes, www.cardinalMD.com is the primary method of ordering.
  Orders may be given to the local sales representative;
  Orders may be placed via the phone with customer service;
  Orders may be placed via the facsimile to the distribution center;
• Special handling fees may apply when ordering via the sales representative, via the phone, or via the facsimile.
