Supplies

• Laboratory supplies will be provided thru LabCorp for the purpose of collecting, maintaining and transporting of specimens solely submitted to LabCorp (this includes butterfly needles).
• Federal law prohibits laboratory supplies provided by LabCorp to be used for on-site testing by centers.
• LabCorp will supply data receiving equipment to be used solely for communication of results from LabCorp. This equipment is the sole property of LabCorp and they are responsible to service and maintain this equipment.
