procedures, please email

- If a test is not listed on the TACHC contract pricing
for the top 872 procedures (from laboratory usage history,
almost every test should be listed in the above attachments),
then the price of the test will be 70% less than the price
listed in the LabCorp Professional Fee Schedule Manual.
The Professional Fee Schedule Manuals will be delivered
to each participating center in January of each year by
your respective LabCorp sales representatives.
