Overview

TACHC has negotiated a contract with Henry Schein for dental purchasing for TACHC member health centers. There are five (5) components to the TACHC/Henry Schein contract:

• Service Agreement
• Supply Agreement
• Equipment Agreement
• Preventive Maintenance Agreement
• DXGroup Software Agreement

Details for each of the five contracts are referenced above.

The effective date for all five contracts is December 1, 2003, through December 31, 2007.
