How to Sign Up
We will advise you on the steps you need to take and help you sign up for the 340BetterSM program. After you're on the program, TACHC can become your one point of contact to ensure the program is working for you.
All 340-eligible entities, except Disproportionate Share
Hospitals (DSH), are able to utilize the 340BetterSM
pharmacy program. To verify if your health center is posted
as being eligible for 340B and/or if your health center information
is accurate, please review the Office of Pharmacy Affairs
(OPA) database of covered entities by clicking on the OPA
home page at http://www.hrsa.gov/opa/
then click on "Databases: Covered Entities, Contracted Pharmacies
& Participating Manufacturers Data Extracts plus Medicaid
Exclusion Files".
If your health center is not yet registered with OPA, please
complete this 340B
pricing application 02.15.05 (PDF) for the 340BetterSM
pharmacy program. The OPA posts updates to the database only
at the beginning of each calendar quarter (January 1st, April
1st, July 1st and October 1st). Deadlines to submit a 340B
Program Registration Form for Covered Entities is one month
prior to the calendar quarter posting. An original copy of
the 340B Program Registration Form for Covered Entities needs
to be returned to OPA directly.
