Guaranteed Returns Contract
Following is the description of the Texas Association of Community
Health Center’s (TACHC) contract with Guaranteed Returns
for the reverse distribution of pharmaceutical products. Remember,
that you may always contact Lynn
Ford at the TACHC office with any questions.
TERM:
The contract has been extended for an additional
2 years, until December 31, 2011.
PROCESSING SERVICES AND FEES:
1. Mail-In Service
-Includes pre-paid shipping labels
-Includes inventory forms
-Includes completed credit processing for all products
-Includes disposal and documents
-No extra fees for the disposal of hazardous or non-hazardous products
-At a fee of 8.5% of the actual credit received by the health center
2. On-Site Service
-Includes all mail-in service features
-Includes sweeping of pharmacy shelves
-Includes DEA form execution while at pharmacy
-Inventory of Schedule III-V products
-At a fee of 9.5% of the actual credit received by the health center
3. Full On-Site Service
-Includes all on-site service features
-Includes inventory of all pharmacy products while at pharmacy
-At a fee of 10.5% of the actual credit received by the health center
NO INVOICE:
Guaranteed Returns does not invoice the health centers based
on an estimated value, as most reverse distributors. The processing
fee is based on actual credits received and automatically
deducted from the lump sum credit issued. This will remove
any reconciliation process between the health center and Guaranteed
Returns. This is also a motivation for Guaranteed Returns
to receive the most credits as possible for the health center.
GENERAL:
Guaranteed Returns is able to service all 50 states and all
health centers the same.
Guaranteed Returns is capable of handling 340B pricing that
the health centers receive.
Guaranteed Returns is able to handle the returns of samples.
Guaranteed Returns is able to handle the return of C-I
and C-II products with a prior authorization and will prepare
the DEA 222 and 41 forms.
Guaranteed Returns is able to handle the return of C-III,
C-IV and C-V products.
Guaranteed Returns is capable of processing Over-The Counter
(OTC), Health and Beauty Care (HBC) and Hazardous Consumer
products from over 1000 manufacturers.
Guaranteed Returns is capable of processing partial and
full products of out-dated, in-dated, recalled and/or overstocked
products.
Guaranteed Returns is capable of processing both manufacturer
only and wholesaler only returns.
Guaranteed Returns has been in business since 1986 with
nearly 200 employees to service the health centers with a
high quality level of service.
LICENSES:
Fully licensed and/or compliant with DEA, EPA, RCRA, FDA,
DOT, OSHA, PDMA and all state boards of pharmacy where required
for processing CII-CV, hazardous and non-hazardous items.
REPORTS:
Guaranteed Returns is able to generate over 100 standard
comprehensive reports. These reports include Returnables and
Non-Returnables Reports, a Non-Returnable Reason Codes Report,
In-Date Eligibility Report, Recalled Items Processed Report
and more.
