On-line Video Series

The JCAHO on-line video series includes the following videos:

Video #2 Title: "Denial Issues & Leadership Standards"
Video #3 Title: "Critical Standards"
Video #4 Title: "Information Management"
Video #5 Title: "Human Resources"
Video #6 Title: "Patient Care Standards"
Video #7 Title: "Care of patients & Patient & Family Education"
Video #8 Title: "Environment of Care"

In addition to the videos, materials have been developed that accompany the series and allow the viewer to follow along. By creating the series in this fashion, center staff can view different components of the JCAHO accreditation process most pertinent to their area of concern and can view them at their leisure.

Upon purchase, the center contact for this video series at TACHC member sites will receive a username and password that will allow them access to the training videos located on the TACHC Learning Network. Additionally, once the series has been purchased, the handouts and additional materials will be forwarded by e-mail. For out of state purchases, a CD set will be mailed to you with Quicktime videos, and Word and Powerpoint handout attachments.

Please remember that all copyright laws apply to these materials (printed materials and any related documents), in whatever format provided. Centers have the right to reproduce these materials for sites within their organization. However, this right does not extend to organizations or individuals external to a center. The development of this series has required a significant investment of dollars as well as time and personnel. We ask that everyone note and comply with the copyright nature of these materials.
