How it Works
Here's how to get live computer help from a Technical Support Representative right on your desktop:
- Once you are on the phone with a support representative (IS Specialist), you will be directed back to this page to initiate a screen-sharing session. Select your IS Specialist from the drop-down menu and click the "Click Here" button. If the menu reads “No representative available”, it means your support representative is not logged into the system.
- You are prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in. Click YES or GRANT when prompted.
- With your permission, the IS Specialist can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard. The screen sharing plug-in lets both you and the rep communicate in a chat window, see your computer screen, share your mouse and draw on your screen using a special whiteboard feature. You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of the mouse and keyboard, and can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
