How it Works

Here's how to get live computer help from a Technical Support Representative right on your desktop:

  1. Once you are on the phone with a support representative (IS Specialist), you will be directed back to this page to initiate a screen-sharing session. Select your IS Specialist from the drop-down menu and click the "Click Here" button. If the menu reads “No representative available”, it means your support representative is not logged into the system.
  2. You are prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in. Click YES or GRANT when prompted.
  3. With your permission, the IS Specialist can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard. The screen sharing plug-in lets both you and the rep communicate in a chat window, see your computer screen, share your mouse and draw on your screen using a special whiteboard feature. You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of the mouse and keyboard, and can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
