This clinic was founded in 1973 and provides health services to the
people of Bailey, Deaf Smith, Hale, Motley, and Potter counties.
This service area has been designated as a Medically Underserved
Area and as a Health Professional Shortage Area. The clinic
maintains 20 program/service delivery sites and provides services
such as laboratory, pharmacy, dental, social services, family
planning, HIV/AIDS testing and counseling, health education,
integrated eligibility, and immunizations.
