La Esperanza Health and Dental Centers
The mission of La Esperanza Clinic is to provide Quality Primary and Preventive Health Care Services to all people, particularly the Medically Underserved, in San Angelo and the Concho Valley area.
This clinic was founded in 1994 and serves the people of Tom Green county and adjacent areas of different other counties. This service area has been designated as a Medically Underserved Area. The clinic maintains two service sites, which houses the practices of full time internists, dentist and nurse practitioners.
