Los Barrios Unidos Community Clinic
This Clinic was founded in 1972 and serves the
people of Dallas county. Its population base is designated
as MUA and HPSA. There is one main site, which boasts two
newly constructed buildings, shown below. At Los Barrios Unidos
Community Clinic, we strive to let the patients know that
they are truly our number one priority. We have risen to meet
the challenge of providing state of the art primary health
care right here in our community, where it is needed most.
Our patients deserve the best care available today, and we
are here to provide that care.
Our Community Health Center is more than just a doctor's
office. In addition to a caring medical staff, clinic services
include access to nutritional counseling, WIC (Women Infants
and Children nutrition program), social services, family planning,
HIV testing and counseling, health education, and substance
abuse counseling. We also offer in-house radiology and dental
services. This Center has become a model of excellence for
community based health care.
