Community Health Service Agency, Inc.
This clinic was founded in 1977 and serves the people of
Collin, Fannin, Hunt and Kaufman counties. This service area
has been designated as a Health Professional Shortage Area
and a Medically Underserved Area. The clinic maintains five
service sites, which provide services such as nutritional
counseling, social services, family planning, HIV/AIDS testing
and counseling, integrated eligibility, health education,
laboratory, and pharmacy.
