Community Health Center of Lubbock
This center was founded in 1992 and began serving the people of Lubbock County in 1993. This service area has been designated as a Medically Underserved Area and a Health Professional Shortage Area. The center maintains three service sites and provides services such as health education, nutrition counseling, social services, family planning, HIV/AIDS testing and counseling, transportation assistance, laboratory, pharmacy, substance abuse counseling, and mental health counseling.
