How to Become a Member
In order to become a member in TACHC, please fill out the
appropriate application and send it with all required attachments
and original signatures to TACHC at least 30 days prior to
the next scheduled TACHC Board of Directors meeting. The TACHC
Board meets quarterly. Board meeting dates are posted at http://www.tachc.org/About/Events.asp
or you may call TACHC staff member, Erica Swanholm, at 512/329-5959
for Board meeting dates.
All memberships are renewed automatically on an annual basis
except for interim associate memberships. The interim associate
memberships are valid for 12 months or until FQHC or FQHC
Look-Alike status is achieved, whichever comes sooner.
